Shri B K Trehan is a chemical engineer with a postgraduate degree in management and systems from U1e IIT, New Delhi. For nearly four decades he held senior positions in the petroleum industry in India and abroad. Occupational health, safety and environment managen1ent were his key
areas of responsibility for several years. Besides being an author with more than six books to his credit, he firmly
believes in the healing aspect of yoga and advocates the same.
Smt. lndu Trehan, co-author of the book, holds M.Sc. from
the University of Delhi and worked as a research scientist with Indian Council for Medical Research and WHO.
